When I was a little girl, I couldn't pronounce my name, Amanda. I called myself mana mana. I thought sooooo very long and hard on names that were photography inspired. They were ALL taken. Then I started trying to go with initials, mine were taken, using my kids were taken, all variations!! I didn't wasn't to use my name for 2 reasons, 1) my last name gets butchered regularly, and 2) there were way too many photography by Amanda, or similar variations on the web.
I had come up with Plane Memory Images which was a little play on being a military wife to a pilot but it just didn't get good responses.
So I just put it on the back burner. Until 3 days ago. My girls were playing with my son and having him say everyone in the family's name. He said Mana for my name and something in my head just clicked! Now all I have to do is figure out how to make a water mark and I can start posting pics!! Wish me luck!
